The Advance Management Program is exclusively for ASM and AMP IMD Alumni only.

Payment, cancellation, and refund policy

All payments are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

In case of event cancellation, IMD will refund the event fee, but will not be liable for any costs associated with travel or accommodation related to event participation.

Please note event fees are at a fixed rate. No refunds or discounts will be granted for late arrivals or for partial attendance.

An individual, full refund of the event fee will be given only if a participant sends notice of cancellation by e-mail to alumni.relations@imd.org no later than April 8, 2024. After that date, no refund will be given.

Data protection

IMD will comply with current legislation, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection, when handling data.  This applies to, among other things, the recording, storage and forwarding of participant data.
