Agenda 

The program will start Friday 27 September at 17:00 with the registration and the first session at 18:00. Saturday 28 September the program will start at 09:00 and finishes with a closing dinner.

General terms & conditions

The International Alumni Symposium is exclusively for IMD Alumni and their guests.

The fee is CHF 495 per person (for alumni as well as guests)

Payment, cancellation, and refund policy

All payments are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

In case of event cancellation, IMD will refund the event fee, but will not be liable for any costs associated with travel or accommodation related to event participation.

Please note event fees are at a fixed rate. No refunds or discounts will be granted for late arrivals or for partial attendance.

An individual, full refund of the event fee will be given only if a participant sends notice of cancellation by e-mail to alumni.relations@imd.org no later than September 17, 2024. After that date, no refund will be given.

International Alumni Association

If you are a Blue, Silver or Gold member of IMD's International Alumni Association (IAA) please contact the Association alumniassociation@imd.org to receive your personal price code.

Should you join the Association after registering the Symposium, the special price code will not apply.

Data protection

IMD will comply with current legislation, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection, when handling data.  This applies to, among other things, the recording, storage and forwarding of participant data.

We will be using the "Spot Me" application during the Symposium. 

Hotel Accommodation

IMD has arranged special rates for you at some of the riviera’s best hotels nearby.

Please book the hotel of your choice before September 2nd, 2024 (rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis).

After this date, we will release any remaining rooms and any subsequent bookings may not benefit from the IMD rates.
