Who can register for the Symposium?
The International Alumni Symposium is open to IMD Alumni and up to 2 guests.
How do I register myself and my guest(s)?
- Complete the registration and purchase tickets for yourself and guest(s). Only alumni can buy the tickets for themselves and guests.
- Once you have completed the payment, please fill in the data needed for yourself and guest(s) including name and contact details for your guest(s), dietary restrictions etc.
Payment, cancellation, and refund policy
All payments are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
In case of event cancellation, IMD will refund the event fee, but will not be liable for any costs associated with travel or accommodation related to event participation.
Please note event fees are at a fixed rate. No refunds or discounts will be granted for late arrivals or for partial attendance.
An individual, full refund of the event fee will be given only if a participant sends notice of cancellation by e-mail to alumni.relations@imd.org no later than September 20, 2025. After that date, no refund will be given.
Data protection
IMD will comply with current legislation, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection, when handling data. This applies to, among other things, the recording, storage and forwarding of participant data.
We will be using the "IMD EVENTS" application during the Symposium.
