SL Retreat 2025

We are very happy to invite you to register for this year’s SL Retreat. We are celebrating the 21st  year of Strategies for Leadership and the 15th SL retreat at IMD.

We start Thursday, 13 November from 17:00 at IMD in Lausanne, and close at 13:00 on Saturday, 15 November. 

The Ginka Toegel Education Scholarship Fund

As always, since it started in 2011, the SL retreat will be designed by the SL alumnae, and represented by various class presidents, under the guidance of Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership Ginka Toegel.

During the special SL 20th anniversary retreat in 2024, we launched the Ginka Toegel Education Scholarship Fund. It was created in recognition of the key role Ginka has played in women’s leadership development and all the women whose careers she has influenced, not to mention the 15 years of pro bono work she has done for the SL retreat. Many of the Class Presidents and attendees of last year's retreat gave generously to this fund – thank you.

 Reserve your place for the SL Retreat

You can reserve your seat using the link above. To help us get organized it would be great if you could register as early as possible. The cost for alumnae is CHF 600 and payment has to be made at the time of registration. We are unfortunately not able to facilitate invoices to companies before payment but can always arrange one on-site during the retreat. 

Book Hotel Accommodation

IMD has arranged special rates for you.

Please book the hotel of your choice before October 31, 2025 (rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis).

After this date, we will release any remaining rooms and any subsequent bookings may not benefit from the IMD rates.

• CHF 225.- Superior Room
• Breakfast included
• Supplement for a second person CHF 25.00 per night
• City Tax of CHF 3.80 per person per night

• 15% discount at the Movenpick and Ciao restaurants
• 15% discount on the laundry service
• Guaranteed early check-in from 9 am to 11 am: CHF 30.00 supplement, before 9am, full night charged.
• Late check-out until 2pm free of charge. From 2pm - 5pm, supplement of CHF 10.00 / hour. After 5pm, full night.
